Our Process
We storyboarded the onboarding experience step by step, identifying where users needed the most guidance and which product details mattered most. Each animation was designed to clearly communicate critical cues, from battery orientation and indicator lights to positioning and pairing, while remaining lightweight enough to integrate seamlessly into the Bose SoundControl™ Hearing Aids app.
